Happy Birthday, Eduardo!
We planned a trip to the city today, but since it was such a
cold and dreary day, we decided to wait until Friday, when it was supposed to
be a bit warmer and sunny. We hung
out most of the day and Jaden got to open a few gifts he missed yesterday
because he was sleeping. Also, we celebrated Eddie's birthday with chocolate cake, fruit pizza, and a round of poker (which I won... Beginners Luck).
Earlier that day, Eddie and Damien went and played a few games of basketball and I went to the grocery store and Costco with Eddie’s
parents and Jaden just to get him out of the house. He fell asleep instantly and I ended up carrying him through
the grocery store. Once we got to
Costco, he had a blast. He was
making friends with anyone who looked his way. He even got to taste a few free samples, including a green
smoothie.
