BIBLE STUDY UPDATE: Tuesday, January 15, 2013
Last night, we had 12 people show up for Bible study. Not only that, but there were kids,
too. Amanda was gracious enough to
volunteer to take care of the kids.
All 5 boys and Amanda huddled up in Jaden’s room with all of the toys
Jaden owns and played for an hour and a half while the adults opened God’s
word and discussed Ephesians 2:1-10 in Spanish.
It was a blessing to see the interest in their eyes and to
hear their willingness to participate.
Quite honestly, I could not understand everything that was said, but that is okay. Eddie led the discussion and Hector and
Daniel were there to participate.
Gatica invited her family, so her brother-in-law, her daughter, and two
of her sons joined her. We filled
our living room, but there is always room for more!
We are praising God that there was a good turn-out and that
he is using us in the community here in Tuis, Costa Rica. We feel so blessed for the opportunity,
and we continue to ask for your prayers.
It is our desire to follow God’s desire, and we continue to pray for
guidance and opportunities to show His love to all we meet.
